AI assistant for business websites in Ireland
CraicWeb sets up AI assistants for business websites across Ireland to answer common questions and collect enquiries. Setup costs €150 once, followed by €39 per month for maintenance. Pawel works online from Dublin and configures the assistant around your approved offer. We agree its scope and launch date first, with a human contact route always available.
Who is a website AI assistant for?
An assistant can help if visitors ask similar questions about services, prices, availability or the first step, especially outside your working hours. It gives them a way to explain what they need without having to understand your whole website first. It is useful when a business wants better first contact, but it should not pretend to be a human or decide whether a customer is suitable on its own.
The assistant should use information you have approved. A published price, service boundary or contact promise can change, so the content behind its answers needs attention after launch. If your offer is still changing every week, we can begin with a smaller set of questions and a clear handover to you. That is often more useful than trying to make the assistant cover every possible scenario on day one.
I work with businesses across Ireland entirely online, in English or Polish. A short conversation and examples of real customer questions help define what the assistant should answer, when it should ask a follow-up and when it should invite a person to send an enquiry. We agree those boundaries before implementation.
What is included in setup and maintenance?
AI assistant setup · €150
- Configure a website assistant to answer customer questions and collect enquiries
AI assistant · €39 / month
- Answer customer questions
- Collect enquiries
The €150 one-off setup configures a website assistant to answer customer questions and collect enquiries. We identify the services and prices it may discuss, the questions it should ask when a visitor needs something more specific and the point where it should hand over to Pawel or your team. A visitor should be able to recognise that the conversation is automated.
The €39 monthly service maintains the agreed assistant. Its purpose is to keep the existing flow working and its approved information current, not to include an unlimited programme of new features. If you want a booking integration, a different enquiry route or connections to business systems, we would define and quote that work separately.
The website's ordinary contact route remains available. A form or email address lets someone bypass the assistant entirely. That matters for people who prefer to write directly, use assistive technology or need to explain something the automated conversation does not cover well. The assistant is one part of the enquiry experience rather than the only door.
How much does the AI assistant cost?
Setup is €150 once and maintenance is €39 per month. CraicWeb is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. The setup charge covers the agreed initial configuration; the monthly charge applies to its ongoing maintenance. We confirm the scope and any third-party running requirements before you commit. If your request extends beyond answering questions and collecting enquiries, I explain the additional work and cost in a separate proposal.
The one-off setup is below €500, so payment is due in advance within three days of the invoice. Monthly billing and the start date are agreed with you before launch. An AI assistant is not the same as the separate €299 AI visibility setup: one speaks with website visitors, while the other organises site information for search and AI tools. You may need either, both or neither depending on your goals.
How do we put the assistant on the website?
Start with your website address, the questions people ask most often and the details you want the assistant to collect. I turn those into a proposed conversation: a welcome, useful answers, a few clarifying questions and an enquiry handover. We review the wording and limits before publishing it. I test how it behaves with ordinary questions and situations where it should acknowledge uncertainty rather than invent an answer.
We agree a launch date once the content and scope are ready. The current estimate of up to one week applies to a simple website after scope and content are agreed; it is not a fixed promise for every assistant integration. After launch, tell me when prices, services or policies change so the assistant does not rely on old information. We can review examples of poor answers and improve the agreed flow.
What will the assistant do for visitors?
Visitors can get an initial answer and describe their project or question at a time that suits them. You receive a clearer enquiry to consider and reply to yourself. The assistant may make the first exchange easier, but it cannot guarantee leads, sales or perfectly accurate answers. Its value depends on honest content, clear boundaries and a reliable handover to a person.
If you also want to organise the information search engines see, read about AI visibility setup. The FAQ covers how CraicWeb works. Tell me your website address and the three questions your customers ask most often in the brief below.
What should you know about the AI assistant?
Can the assistant answer questions about my exact prices?
It can use the offer and prices you approve for the site. We need to keep that information current; it should not invent a price or promise a service that you do not offer.
What happens when a visitor wants a human reply?
The assistant can collect an enquiry for you to review. It should make clear when it is an automated assistant and when a person will respond.
Will the AI assistant replace my contact form?
No. A clear contact route should remain available. The assistant gives visitors another way to explain what they need.
Does the monthly fee include unlimited new features?
No. The €39 monthly fee is for maintenance of the agreed assistant. New features or a changed business process need a separate scope and quote.
Can the assistant guarantee correct answers?
No automated system can promise that. I configure it around approved information and we should review answers when the offer changes or a problem is reported.
