Website audit for businesses in Ireland
The CraicWeb website audit is a one-off €149 review for businesses in Ireland that already have a site and want a practical plan for improving it. Pawel examines copy, graphics, animations, SEO health, site architecture, programmatic SEO opportunities and AI visibility. You receive a clear online report with an overall assessment and prioritised recommendations; timing is agreed before work begins.
Who is the website audit for?
An audit is useful when your website exists but you are unsure what to improve first. Perhaps the offer has changed, the page looks dated on a phone, or visitors have to work too hard to find the contact route. Perhaps you have been offered an expensive rebuild and want a second look before deciding. The audit gives you an organised view of the site you have, with specific next steps.
It also suits a business wondering how its information appears to search engines and AI tools. Clear service descriptions, location, contact details and answers to customer questions can help those tools understand a business. The audit checks for opportunities to improve that information, but it cannot tell you that an assistant will recommend you. Search systems change, and a technical pass is only part of the picture.
I can review a website built by another provider. At the start, send the public address and explain what the site is meant to achieve. You do not need to send a password in the enquiry form. If private analytics or access to a content system would make a later assessment more useful, I will explain why and agree that with you separately.
What does the €149 audit cover?
Professional website audit with report · €149
- Review of copy, graphics and animations
- SEO health
- Site architecture and programmatic SEO opportunities
- AI SEO plan
- Overall assessment, summary and prioritised recommendations
- Clear online report
The review covers website copy, graphics and animations, SEO health, site architecture and opportunities for programmatic SEO. It includes an AI SEO plan, an overall assessment, a summary and recommendations ordered by priority. The result is delivered as a clear online report. These are the defined parts of the €149 one-off service, rather than a vague score without an explanation.
For copy, I look at whether a visitor can quickly understand what you do, who you help and how to get in touch. For graphics and movement, I consider whether they support the message and remain usable on smaller screens. For SEO health, I look at the visible foundations, such as page titles, headings and the way pages explain distinct topics. Architecture concerns how information is organised and linked, so that a visitor can move through the site without guessing.
Programmatic SEO is an opportunity only where genuinely distinct, useful pages could be produced and maintained. It is not a suggestion to publish hundreds of near-identical pages. The AI SEO plan concentrates on clearer business information and relevant technical foundations, not a promise to appear in a particular answer. The report separates issues you can address promptly from ideas that need a wider project.
How much does the audit cost?
The audit costs €149 once. CraicWeb is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. It does not include implementing the recommendations or a website rebuild. If you decide to change the site afterwards, I will propose a separate scope and price.
Projects up to €500 are paid in advance within three days of the invoice. Before payment, we confirm the site to review, the aim of the audit and when you will receive the report. If your site has unusual access restrictions or a much wider scope than the public pages discussed, I will explain that before accepting the work.
How does the audit work?
You start by sharing the website address and the main question you want answered. Tell me whether you are looking at a redesign, a content problem, search visibility or a combination. I review the public site and organise findings around the agreed scope. Then I write the online report so that each recommendation has a reason and a suggested priority.
I work from Dublin with clients across Ireland entirely online. We agree the delivery date when the scope is clear; the usual website build estimate of up to one week is not an automatic promise about an audit. If a finding is uncertain because I cannot see private data, the report says so. It should help you make a decision, not hide uncertainty behind a number.
What will I receive at the end?
You receive a readable online document with an overall assessment, the main findings and a prioritised plan. It can help you decide whether to make small changes, invest in a larger redesign or leave an element alone. The report is advice based on the evidence available at the time, not a guarantee of rankings, traffic or AI recommendations.
If the review shows that your business information needs a clearer foundation for search and AI tools, AI visibility setup is a related service. For more about working with CraicWeb, see the FAQ. Tell me your website address and what you most want to understand in the brief below.
What should you know about the website audit?
Do I need to give you access to my website?
I can begin with the public website. If a useful part of the assessment needs access to private analytics or a content system, we can discuss that separately; do not send passwords in the brief.
Will the report tell me whether I need a new website?
The report explains what appears worth improving and distinguishes focused fixes from larger structural work. I will not recommend a rebuild simply because one is available.
Does the audit include implementing the recommendations?
No. The €149 audit is an assessment and online report. We can agree a separate scope and price for any changes you decide to make.
Can an audit prove that ChatGPT recommends my business?
No. It can assess information and access that may help search and AI tools understand your website. It cannot guarantee citations, recommendations, indexing or rankings.
Can you review a site built by another provider?
Yes. An existing site does not have to be built by CraicWeb. I start with what visitors and crawlers can see and explain any limits in the report.
