Web design for businesses in Dublin

CraicWeb designs custom-coded websites for Dublin businesses and works entirely online. Pawel is based in Dublin and serves businesses across Ireland, in English or Polish. Starter costs €499, Spark brand direction €999, and custom websites start at €1,899. A simple project currently takes up to one week after scope and content are agreed.

Which Dublin businesses can I help?

I work with businesses that need a clear, memorable way to explain what they do and make it easy for customers to get in touch. That may be a new business preparing its first site, an established company whose current site no longer reflects its offer, or a team that needs a more useful online service. The right starting point depends on the message, the material you already have and what people should do next.

Being based in Dublin does not limit the work to the city. CraicWeb works online with clients across Ireland. I start with your actual customers, offer and goals, because two businesses in the same city may need very different websites. If you already have a website, I can assess whether improving its content and structure would serve you better than a rebuild.

How much does a website cost with CraicWeb?

The Starter website is €499. It is one page with up to five sections, two revision rounds, a design in your brand colours built for mobile, a contact form and essential SEO. Hosting, email and SSL are included for the first year. It fits a focused offer that needs a proper home online without a large build.

Spark is €999 for brand and website direction: a vision for the brand and site, logo, colour palette, main-screen design and a presentation of the creative direction. If you commission the full website, the Spark fee is credited towards that build. The whole world starts at €1,899 and includes Spark plus a custom website, original artwork, animations and microinteractions. I agree its final scope and price with you before work begins.

CraicWeb is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. For work up to EUR 500, payment is due in advance within three days of the invoice. Larger projects start with a 30% deposit; we agree the remaining payment schedule with the scope. Optional Care for hosting after year one, updates, backups and minor changes costs €29–39 per month according to scope. There is no requirement to take ongoing Care with a website package.

How does an online website project work?

We start with a short brief: what your business does, who the site is for, what content exists and what you want visitors to do. I suggest a package or a custom scope and set out the price, content needed and realistic timeline. We can do this in English or Polish. There is no need to travel to a meeting; the conversation, design review and feedback happen online.

I can write the website copy or work with text you supply. Once the direction is agreed, I build the site in custom code rather than WordPress. I check it on mobile and desktop, review the contact route and show you the result before launch. You use the agreed revision rounds to refine it. A simple site currently takes up to a week after scope and content are agreed; an illustrated or technically complex project needs its own schedule.

What is different from working with an agency?

You work directly with Pawel from the first conversation to launch. From 2021, I co-owned WaveMakers, a marketing agency where I developed project concepts and worked with developers to turn them into websites. I now bring that experience directly to your business, with one point of contact and prices matched to the work.

Direct contact means you can explain the business to the person planning and building the site. It does not mean every request fits a fixed package. If a shop, booking system or other web application is needed, I quote that work individually and explain the scope before you commit. If the main need is clarity about an existing site, the website audit may be a more useful first step.

What do I receive when the website goes live?

You receive the website we agreed, with its content, design and contact route ready to use. You own the paid-for website. We agree domain registration separately: the domain can be in your name or managed by me. Starter includes hosting, email and SSL for the first year; after that, hosting can be covered by optional Care. I handle content edits rather than giving you a WordPress editor, so we can plan for the changes you expect to make.

If you have a Dublin business in mind for a new site or a refresh, tell me what you need. I will suggest a sensible next step, whether that is Starter, a design direction, a full custom build or a closer look at your existing site.

Questions about working together in Dublin

Can we meet in person in Dublin?

CraicWeb is based in Dublin, but I currently work online only. We discuss the brief, review designs and agree changes remotely. You can work with me from Dublin or anywhere else in Ireland.

How quickly can a Dublin business launch a website?

A simple website currently takes up to one week once we have agreed the scope and content. A custom site with illustration or complex features needs its own schedule, which I confirm before work starts.

Can you improve my existing website instead of replacing it?

Yes. I can review its copy, design, SEO, structure and AI visibility first. The one-off website audit costs €149 and ends with a clear online report and prioritised recommendations. A rebuild is not automatic.

Can we work in Polish?

Yes. We can discuss the project and review the content in English or Polish. The website itself can be planned for the language your customers use; we agree its content and scope before work begins.

Will I own the website and domain?

You own the paid-for website. Domain registration is agreed separately at the start: it can be in your name or managed by me. Hosting, edits and any ongoing Care are also made clear before launch.
